About DramaGirl
Kortni Potter loves period styles (Victorian, Lolita,
Gothic, etc), video games, and comic books, but can
do almost anything. She has been sewing and working in
costuming for over 10 years and has done costume work
for high schools and colleges such as Gordon College
(Barnesville, GA), Georgia State University (Atlanta, GA), and
Georgia Southern University (Statesboro, GA), and for
Six Flags Over Georgia's Fright Fest 2004-2005 Halloween
seasons as Head Wardrobe Mistress. In addition to commissions, conventions, and her Etsy site, she is currently part of an Atlanta local art collective known as "The Harold Group" that supports local up and coming artists. In this group she serves both as artistic talent as well as the resident vegetarian/vegan chef for the group art shows. She is also working this Halloween season with Psycho 13 Haunted House located in Douglasville GA. She makes both custom commission jobs as well as new and original work. Check out out her Etsy site to see her new "UpCycle" line of original clothing accessories and gifts in which she takes something old and gives it a new purpose. Also keep checking the MySpace page for updates on upcoming conventions and other shows where you can stop by her booth and shop DramaGirl Designs in person. |
